Aloha! Welcome to our lake-view Havasu home with pool & spa, nicknamed the “Pineapple House”! 2-bedroom, 2 bath, carpeted, split bedroom floor plan, ideal for 2 families traveling together. New & updated furniture and appliances as of 2021! Master bedroom boasts a King sized bed, 55” smart TV, lots of closet & drawer space & ensuite bathroom with shower & double vanity. Guest room has a 32” smart TV, Queen sized bed plus a kids bunk bed plus trundle, sleeps 5 in total, adjacent to the guest bathroom with tub/shower. Water treated with a water softener. Pack light & use our indoor washer & dryer.
Relax in our spacious living room with a view of the lake! This room includes a 65” smart TV, board games, & chaise lounge sofa plus ottoman. There is also enough room to use the Queen sized air mattress & the black out curtains are perfect for sleeping in.
Prepare your own home cooked meals in our kitchen with new appliances, basic cooking ware & dining utensils. Includes a brand new refrigerator with filtered water & ice maker, Keurig coffee maker, french press, hot water kettle, toaster, Magic Bullet blender, mini food processor, rice cooker, & air fryer! We also have a charcoal grill with grilling utensils.
Cool off in the summer by spending it in our 6’ deep pool with a tanning ledge & patio umbrella. Take a break from the sun & keep cool in our enclosed patio with a misting system, perfect for outdoor dining! Backyard gate opens up to a Neptune wash to go exploring on cooler days. In the winter, warm up in our hot tub & enjoy the stars! *(heated pool $20/day upon request, please request at least a week prior to your stay)
Don’t forget to bring your toys! Park your boat in our 29 foot deep garage (82” high) & RV parking on the side of the house with a 30 amp electrical hookup & dump. Side parking is 10’ wide with 89” vertical clearance of the roof overhang & 9’ wide without. (Private UTV & paddle board stored in garage is not part of the rental)
To enjoy Lake Life, we have beach umbrellas, beach chairs, and beach towels you can borrow, located in the garage. We also provide paper plates, plastic utensils, plastic cups available for use.
