Recently remodeled single story Mediterranean style home situated on a 10 Acre lot with breathtaking views. There are at least 8 wineries within a 3-mile distance.
The floorplan of the house is amazing.
The west wing consists of a spacious master bedroom with a comfortable king size bed, a luxurious bathroom, and a walk-in closet.
The east wing of the house includes three more bedrooms, a full bathroom with double sinks and a laundry room.
There is a third bathroom in the house that is currently undergoing renovation until the beginning of March 2026. The property remains available for booking during this time, with two fully functional bathrooms available for guest use. No renovation work will take place during any guest stay.
The renovated bathroom is being finished with materials consistent with the rest of the home, including marble walls and exquisite mosaic flooring. The bathroom will consist of two areas: the area farther from the entrance will feature a walk-in, curbless shower, toilet, sink, and a lighted mirror, while the area closer to the entrance will include a large mirror and accent furniture. The total renovated area will be 87 sq ft. The entrance will no longer be from the exterior of the house. The new entrance will be from the kitchen/living room area. Photos will be shared as soon as they become available.
The main living space includes a gourmet kitchen, living room with a TV and a fireplace, formal dining room and an entertainment area. The house is highly upgraded. The whole interior of the home has been renovated in 2021. The house is approximately 3000 sq ft.
