This house is one of the biggest in the Poconos area, with 5 actual bedrooms (plus a small balcony area with another 2 beds), 2 huge living spaces, 3 couches and multiple porches. You and your family/friends can open all the doors for inclusivity, or close a few for peace and quiet!
All the creature comforts you need are here, with central heating/cooling, washer/dryer on the first floor, and unlimited hot water for everyone!
Nestled in a small private community with access to lakes, tennis courts, beaches, and even a small ski slope all within 5 minutes walking distance! 2 waterparks within 20 minutes drive, 2 mountain resorts within 25 minutes, plenty of hiking, peace, and quiet.
The chalet was designed to allow as much, or as little interaction as you want with your fellow guests! You can have the kids play downstairs, or have everything going on in the main living room with the open floor plan so everyone can feel together for your vacation.
Please note - the 6th bedroom is in a lofted space, and to get to the master bedroom you must walk by the bed since they are both on the 3rd floor. The master bedroom however has complete privacy and is a 'normal' bedroom in that regard.
We've stocked it with videogames, board games, 2 HDTVs, 4-player fullsize arcade cabinet with 16,000 games(!), brand new kitchen appliances, lots of seating areas, you might never leave the house!
The area is incredible. Access to 3 lakes, 3 beaches, a small private ski slope. Only a 15 minute drive to the famous pocono raceway! Travel quickly to Camelback (30 mins) or Jack Frost(20 mins) for skiing, or to 2 nearby waterparks during the summer (25-30 mins). If you're into hiking, theres plenty of national parks/forests within 30 minutes drive, with over 100 miles of trailways.
Lots of local restaurants, taverns, grocery stores, anything you need I can direct you to within 20 minutes drive or less. Walkable to community amenities like ski slope, lake, and beach!
