NOISE AWARE: This property has been equipped with a Noise Aware device, which monitors the noise level inside and outside of the home. If the sound level has been exceeded, it will immediately alert the Property Manager, and a friendly message will be sent to the guest to remind them to keep the noise level to a minimum, to avoid complaints from surrounding neighbors, or police involvement.
