The large kitchen island seats four. The dinning room seats eight. There is a comfortable sofa with ottoman, a gas fireplace, hardwood floors, cushioned window seats, and natural light throughout. The covered front and back porch, with views of the Cascade Mountains beyond the lake, are nice for relaxing and entertaining. Upstairs has a full bathroom and two bedrooms; one with a queen bed, the other with two twins. Towels and linens provided. Washer, dryer, and utility sink are downstairs. There is an outdoor gas grill just off the kitchen, a small side yard garden, and private off-street parking for one vehicle.
The house is walking distance to the Madrona business district on 34th street and the Leschi marina area; home to a local grocery, several restaurants, small businesses, a deli, and Starbucks. The Yesler street car once trollied passengers between Pioneer Square and Leschi Park, a few blocks away.
