2 Bedroom House in Old Ballard, Seattle
Built in 1900 we are a 2 bedroom 1 1/2 bath with an additional comfy sleeper sofa on the first floor of old Duplex. Just 5 blocks from the entertainment district with and all the restaurants, music venues and shopping Ballard has to offer. We host many guests that attend weddings at Golden Gardens or families gathering for reunions or meeting before an Alaskan cruise.
The space
This is the first floor unit of a 1900 Duplex, there are no shared spaces with the unit above but both are available for rental for larger groups. Great open floor plan with an updated kitchen. There is a 1/2 bath located off the living room and a the full bath is a jack and jill style between the two bedrooms.
There is a fenced side yard and the refrigerator and cupboard will be stocked with snacks and drinks as well as a fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs.
I am always available via phone, text or email and sometimes you may see me working around the house.
There is a dedicated parking spot in the back off the alley and two smaller cars can park in tandem. There are two additional spaces for the upstairs unit and sometimes those are available as well. We are 2 blocks from 15th Ave and a D-line RapidRide stop taking you right to the University or 20 minute ride to downtown Seattle. We are about 5 blocks from Market street and the center of Ballard.
There is some transference of sound between the floors - especially near the stairwell and in the back bathroom. We have added a runner in the stairwell and hallway and it has greatly reduced this as well as added a note in the stairwell so guests upstairs will be aware. This has greatly reduced this issue.

This unit is the entire first floor of a duplex. There is parking in back through the alley as well as a fenced side and backyard.

We have Digital signal TV in the living room and each bedroom for streaming services as well as local stations.
