A level 2 - 40 AMP EV charger is available in the garage for your electric car charging needs (owner's car is stored in garage). You will have access to the following activities: 3 swimming pools that include a water park and lap pool, 2 gyms w/ various classes offered, water sports including kayaking, sailing & canoeing on North Lake, indoor & outdoor eating areas for gatherings and pool table. Access pass for activities is $5.00 per person per day or $15.00 per person per week vs homes that have high upcharges for pool heating and maintenance (Prior notice is needed to be added to our guest list).
