2 Bedroom House in North Raleigh, Raleigh
Our family will be in Europe for 2.5 months this summer, from May 18 to August 5th, and are open to renting out our home if there is a good fit. New and beautifully renovated home. Fully furnished. Large patio and back yard. Garden, fire pit, etc. Very safe and central neighborhood. 5 minutes from Harris Teeter, 10 minutes from North Hills and I-440, 15 minutes from downtown,
The house is a four bedroom, but we would prefer to not use two of the bedrooms in the rental (i.e. our master bedroom and our daughter’s bedroom with child’s bed would simply be used for storage and not slept in). So the renter would stay in the spacious guest bedroom pictured here and the fourth bedroom is available as an office with desk.
Utilities are included (as long as they stay within a reasonable range of normal usage — tenant is responsible for large overages).
The house is equipped with all of the standard appliances, and has some nice features like large garage with garage opener, espresso maker, garden, hammock, patio couch, etc.
Monthly rent (moderately priced to cover the mortgage payment plus utilities): $2,250
**Fully refundable** deposit to cover damage to house, furniture or utilities overage: $1,500
(We will not give you trouble about this unless there is legitimate damage or issues)
