The outdoor patio has a dining area and grill; a perfect place to have a glass of wine and watch Four Peaks mountain change colors from oranges, to pinks and purples at sunset.
The bedrooms are large and spacious with Queen beds in each. The master bedroom with private bath, have dual sinks and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom has easy access to the hallway full bathroom. A stacked washer/dryer in unit for your use.
This condo is close to everything in Fountain Hills! Just an easy 1/2 mile walk to the famous Fountain Park. Two large grocery stores in a 1/4 mile area. Starbucks and Walgreens are close too!
