The fenced in rear yard features a 12x24 saltwater pool (can be heated October-April for a fee) with a tanning ledge, lounge chairs, dining table, gas grill, and lush landscaping that offers partial shade. Inside you will find 3 bedrooms, and 2.5 baths, all on one level. The primary features an en-suite bath, bedrooms 2 and 3 share a jack and jill bath, and a powder room that is accessed from the hallway.
The open kitchen / dining area has seating for 12, plenty of pantry space, and is well equipped for feeding a crowd. Spacious and comfortable living room area. Access the pool from the bright and cheery sunroom, which offers a separate seating area, a futon sleeper, as well as washer/dryer access.
Bonus is the detached garage which houses ping pong and foosball tables, and all the beach equipment and toys. And above, is the 4th bedroom, with 2 twin beds and a king, along with an en-suite full bath, providing plenty of flexible sleeping space.
