There is a dining room table perfect for game nights. The bedrooms feature a queen bed and a bunk bed with full on bottom and twin on top. With heating, and central AC, your stay will be comfortable and convenient.
This home is situated on a dead end street with a short walk to the beach, playground, kids water park, beachfront restaurant and lounge with pool tables and dartboards. Sports complex with tennis and sand volleyball, basketball, shuffleboard, complete with free use of sports gear is directly across the street. The resort offers boat rentals, boat slip rentals, golf cart rentals for resort use. General store has essentials and souvenirs. There is also an award winning golf course.
Cottage comes with all cooking and dining equipment, utensils, etc plus coffeemaker with filters and coffee. Three TVs - sunroom TV has DVD and VHS also. Large deck out back with patio set and grill; large fire pit area and seating in back yard. Deck out front with sitting area.

The summer 2026 rent is $2000.00 per week, Saturday to Saturday. Spring and fall rate is $250 per night. There is a $300 refundable damage deposit required.
