This warm & inviting family cape home is located on a dead end street, one house over from Great Bay. Follow through our backyard and you'll find the bay beach which is ideal for small children. Bring your own boat, or use our kayaks, the private boat ramp is right next door. Our neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, yet it's minutes to main street shopping, mashpee commons, restaurants, etc. Closest ocean beaches are Bristol & Menahaunt and only a quick 10 minute drive to popular Old Silver. This well-kept 3 bed/2 bath home(with enclosed outdoor shower)is extremely clean and comfortable, with all the amenities and more. There's a large deck for grilling and entertaining and the backyard is spacious for the kids to run around or camp out. There is also a ping pong and air hockey table in the cellar for those rainy days.

It is the only bike path on Cape Cod that runs along the seashore. Picturesque walking trails and salt water inlets are also part of the makeup of Falmouth. Make sure you catch some of the arts performed at the Woods Hole Film Festival or the Falmouth Theatre Guild.
