The sunny first floor is open concept living, dining and kitchen areas; one bedroom (queen bed); and a full bathroom. A French door leads down to the cozy, finished basement where the second bedroom (2 twin beds) and third sleeping area (queen bed with closet) are located. Additional features include a five foot high completely fenced-in back yard (well-behaved pets considered with owner's prior permission), many decks (front, back, top), off-street parking for four cars, laundry facilities, 50' Smart LCD HDTV, surround sound and Bose wireless speaker for your iPod/Phone, wireless internet service, Weber gas grill, and an outside hot/cold shower. This house is turn key, everything you could think of is included - just bring your bathing suit, food & beverages! More importantly, our rates are inclusive of cleaning.
