this is an awesome 4 bed and 2 bath home is located just off US27 and I4 in the gate community of sunset ridge. it has a private pool, back yard area. it has 1 queen master suites, 1 twins bedroom , 2 queens bedrooms and separate laundry room. there is an open kitchen and dinning area. wifi internet. the villa is 15 min from DISNEY, 25 min from UNIVERSAL STUDIO and 30 min from LEGOLAND . all parts of the home are accessible except for one storage room area that is locked Ckeck in time is 4:00pm Check out time is 10:00am No PETS allowed No smoking allowed inside the house. No trash can be left inside the hpuse upon check out. Allndishes must be properly cleaned and put away. Please allbusebtowels , face clothes and hand towel intobtub, linens can be left as is because they will be removed and cleaned. House should be left in condition it was received in. Additional cleaning charges will be applied for any home containing trash or abusive uncleanliness. Any damange should be reported to the house managenment company prior to check out.
