It's on a jogging/bike path extending six miles, ending in Seward Park, a peninsula of original growth forest with its own beach and outdoor summer concerts.
At the corner across from the park, Café Mioposto is open long hours with a full bar. The building has a Pilates studio, hair salon and pet shop. It's a five block walk to grocery store and pharmacy, Light Rail line to airport and downtown. City bus stops in front of the house.
