The townhouse style condo has two bedrooms and a full bath on the first floor and a designer kitchen and living area with two-piece bath on the second floor. Sleeps four comfortably in two queen beds. There are hardwood floors throughout, and comfortable/upscale furnishings. The living area has a gas fireplace to keep you warm during evening activities. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet, queen bed with goose down pillows and nautical-theme decor! Sliders exit stairs to backside of property and to basement door. The second bedroom was remodeled in 2022 and has a queen bed. The kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Enjoy the upscale Ninja cookware and Chicago Cutlery knives. The living area is open concept with a cozy table for two at the window overlooking the Herring River. The table can be opened up to seat four. There is a door to a balcony off the living area with western exposure overlooking the river.
Bring your iPod or iPhone and plug into the Bose table radio in the kitchen and Philips radio in the master bedroom.
Assorted beach games are included (horseshoes, ball toss).
There is a DVD unit and Smart Samsung HD TV with internet capability. Xfinity cable service with 140+ channels. WiFi included.
The condo has two kayaks that are available for use on the river. The river goes upstream to marshlands and downstream to Nantucket Sound. Bring your own boat and put it in the river at the boat ramp in front of the complex.
Local beach access is at Pleasant Road Beach which is 7/10 mile away. Services include beach wheelchair, lifeguards and restrooms.
