- NO PARTIES / EVENTS / VENDORS / LOUD NOISE: The property is in a quiet residential area with sensitive neighbors, so please respect my home and the neighborhood
- NO PETS
- NO SMOKING / VAPING OR ANY KINDS inside the property.
- NO EV/electric car charging allow.
- NO VISITORS/ OTHER GUESTS without our permission
- STREET SWEEPING is on 2nd and 4th FRIDAY of the month. Please don't park your car on the street to avoid the ticket.
- TRASH: Waste management is every THURSDAY morning. We might come over during Wednesday just to bring out the Trash can.
- We are not responsible for your children's safety. Please watch after your children.
- We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, illnesses, or the loss of personal belongings that may occur to you or your invited guests while staying at our property. By accepting this reservation, you agree to comply with ALL House Rules.
