Get to know our cabin! Here are the deeds:
★Parking available for 2 cars in front of property by red reflective markers and sandy color rocks. TESLA charger available. Adapter for other EV cars not provided. Please birng your own adapter.
ATTENTION: The cabin is built on a mountain; therefore, there are lots of steep staircases. If you are not comfortable using a ladder or steep staircases, then I recommend not booking.
ATTENTION: Our home does NOT have any curtains. Scenic views from all decks and rooms. The main bedroom window is tinted.
★Exterior security camera on and recording 24/7 facing the parking space/stairway to the entrance only. NO cameras inside.
★ Strong wifi and writing desk available
★ Hot tub for 4 people
Guest access
Self check-in with smart lock access by code. Guest are welcome to access the entire home during their stay except the janitor room located in the kitchen.
╋ Max 4 guests per reservation. Any extra guest is an additional $10.
Other things to note
✹ While we strive to maintain a bug-free environment, please note that being in nature means bugs are part of the experience. Rest assured, we've taken measures to minimize their presence. However, the existence of bugs in/around spa amentities are 100% out of host's control. Please keep doors closed while relaxing on decks to prevent from critters to join your stay indoors.
✹The stairs/ladders in the cabin can be steep. If you're not comfortable climbing or walking on steep steps I would recommend booking another listing.
✹ Our property has a septic sewer system due being one of the oldest properties in the area. PLEASE DO NOT FLUSH ANYTHING DOWN THE TOILETS. Items that can clog the system inlcude but do not limit the following: toilet paper, baby wipes, feminine hygiene products, facial tissue, paper towels, hair, etc. Trash cans are provided in the both bathrooms. ✹ Winter Season Bookings: During the winter (late October to early May), please be prepared with snow chains in the event a winter storm is in the forecast. We DO NOT recommend driving a low vehicle due to snow or other road conditions during the winter.
