This beautiful newly renovated listing is extremely spacious and offers both the main house AND the guest house on the property! It is dog-friendly and we have a 3 dog max with a pet fee that you will pay at checkout. This home is the perfect place to stay if you are traveling with multiple families and is very children friendly. There are 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, 3 outdoor seating areas, 2 grills and a firepit! Right down the road from Covenant College, this home is 12 minutes from Saint Elmo and 20 minutes from Dowtown Chattanooga!
This home is very family friendly! Equipped with 2 grills on the property, arcade games, board games and a total of 3 great private outdoor seating areas at this home. When entering the main home home you are welcomed by the large living room with a huge sofa and a seating area that is a great space to spend time with the family. There are also 2 large arcade games and a high-top table to play board games at. In the fully stocked kitchen you'll find everything you need to cook a meal; pots, pans, cookware utensils, plate ware, drinkware, etc. There is a washer and dryer in the kitchen next to the coffee buffet station - we happily provide a medium roast coffee in both kitchens for our guests and the dining room is just off the kitchen. There are 3 bedrooms in the main house that all have queen beds and a smart TV in each bedroom. One of the bedrooms has a full bathroom and the other full bathroom is in the hallway - both showers are standing showers.
Head over to the guest house and when walking in the front door, you'll enjoy the large open concept living area, office space, and dining area. Around the corner is another fully stocked kitchen with an additional washer and dryer unit. Down the hall there are 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a twin trundle bed. Down the hall is a full bathroom with a standing shower.
Things you should know about this property:
- This property is Dog friendly - NO Cats - there is a $60 dog fee/dog. MAX amount is 2 dogs.
- This home has a ring camera outside and is under survelliance.
- There are 2 charcoal grills on the property for this home that you are more then welcome to use during your stay. We do not provide charcoal.
- Parking - There is room to park 6 vehicles total at the property.
- There is NO cable TV - The smart TV allows you to log into your own streaming apps like Netflix, Prime, Hulu, etc. There is a smart TV in both living rooms and all 3 bedrooms in the main home have a smart TV.
