Beautifully renovated Victorian with brand new amenities (central air, washer & dryer in unit). The open floor plan, full kitchen, vibrant décor, and a private entrance offer a great space for spending time with your friends and family. This apartment is perfectly situated for longer term or semester long rentals as well as shorter stays. You`ll immediately feel right at home!
This is a private 1st floor apartment in a two family home. It was renovated from top to bottom in 2023 with central air conditioning, all new kitchen and bath, EV charger, hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, and granite counter tops. The unit features two bedrooms with queen beds and a living space with a couch that can be used for another guest as needed.
PLEASE NOTE that our EV charger is undergoing maintenance (as of 7/20/26). It will be back up and running soon, but please make sure to ask us first if you are hoping to use it.
This sparkling clean apartment features everything you`ll need to feel at home including:

- Complete dishware, pots and pans, and cooking supplies

Regarding supplies: Please note that we do provide starter items, such as paper towels, toilet paper, dishwashing and shower items, that will last you the first few days. If guests run out of these items or there is something not provided in the unit that they need, guests are expected to obtain these items on their own. We have a list of grocery store options in our guidebook if needed.

Parking: There is space for one car per unit in our driveway. All other vehicles can park on the street. Street parking is free and is typically easy to find on this street.
