Located on a hill, our home features 1 full bath and 3 bedrooms upstairs, one half bath, living room and eat in kitchen down stairs.
Entrance door is on the side. You will walk up a few steps to get to it. The first floor unit, which does not have access to this unit, is not part of this listing.
Owner has the right to switch out or replace furnitures/decorations.
Please do not rearrange or move furnitures.
We are sorry but shoes are not allowed. There is a shoe rack right by the entrance door for you to place your shoes on.
The master bedroom is furnished with a queen bed. Two other smaller rooms are furnished with a king and a twin so please keep that in mind when you make your reservation.

The room to the left of the stair is our storage room and it is off limit. It will remained locked, same for the door leads to first floor unit, it will also be locked.
Our home is located on a dead end street, there is minimal traffic and parking is always available. In the rare event that it is not available when you get back late at night, there is a free parking lot a few houses away.
Pets are not allowed. No smoking. No party. No shoes in house--$250 penalty if rules are violated.
