- Each cottage has its own private areas, but they also share some yard space along Mitchell Creek with our additional 3bd cottage (NOT included in this rental reservation). - With the great central location by the beach, we are located on a main road. While we're separated by a tall 8ft. privacy fence & trees, at times there will be some traffic noise on the property, more during the busier summer months. Our property offers the only place in Traverse City that you will find nature in the city.

I’ll always be available via your booking app messenger and happy to help! In the case of an emergency, I’ll be available by phone. You may also see me or my husband from time to time taking care of the lawn or hot tubs.
