Two well-equipped kitchens accommodate you and your family together or your staff for an event. Time for that afternoon drink? Cool breeze and mountain views are yours from the huge sunroom or vast deck. With everything on a single floor and one of the three luxurious bathrooms with wide doorways and interiors, everyone in your party has their pick of four distinctive and inviting bedrooms. Outside at the fire pit, the mountains are arrayed before you. The milky way is overhead. Around the house, nothing stands between you and hundreds of acres of preserved land painted with the lush greens of summer or the splendor of fall foliage. Superb scenic vistas lie just beyond flowers, fruit trees, grape arbors, and blueberry bushes. Expect to see deer, fox, and wild turkey. In your car, five minutes get you downtown to Williams College, with its art museums and theaters. Stop in at the world-class Clark Art Museum. Just beyond lie Mass MOCA - the world's largest museum of contemporary art - and the cultural riches of the Berkshires or Vermont's Green Mountains. Everywhere you look are paths and trails for hiking, biking, and skiing, and an inspiring outing to Mount Greylock, the highest in Massachusetts, beckons.

The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
