With Central AC, high speed internet, open floorplan, a granite/stainless steel kitchen and outdoor dining area, plus a deluxe primary suite with its own en-suite bathroom and a second bedroom at the rear, you'll have room to spread out during your stay. The location can't be beat- just a couple blocks to the vibrant H-Street Corridor, with a Whole Foods, coffee shops, endless restaurants, bars and other entertainment venues, it's the perfect blend of convenience and fun. Plus, you're only 8 blocks to the actual Capitol and the National Mall, which makes the home perfect for visitors seeing the sights or working anywhere in downtown DC. If you'll be driving, there is easy access to 395, allowing you to get in and out of the city with ease. And if you want to catch a ball game, just go straight south past Eastern Market and Barracks Row to the Nats Stadium, an easy bike ride away. Metro and the streetcar are not far either, just about a 10-15 minute walk to Union Station or two blocks to the nearest streetcar stop.

FOR PARKING: There is no parking behind the home, but we are able to produce a parking pass that works throughout the parking zone for ANY number of days, for a flat fee of $50. If you are interested, just let us know as you book and we can send you the $50 request thereafter.

The Space:
Freshly renovated in pleasing neutral colors, and flooded with sunlight, the home is a wonderful home away from home. You'll enjoy hardwood floors, white shaker cabinets, a kitchen with granite waterfall island and high-end appliances, plus a deck off the kitchen for dining al fresco.

Guests have 24/7 access via an electronic keypad.

The Neighborhood:
Capitol HIll is one of DC's oldest and prettiest neighborhoods, with Victorian rowhomes, parks and lots of restaurants, bars and entertainment venues all within blocks.

Getting Around:
Metro is accessible from Union Station, just 6 blocks or .8 mi away, and the streetcar (2 blocks) can take you there too. Uber/Lyft are very easy to use as well.

Other Things to Note:
No parties are allowed in the home. NO SMOKING OR VAPING OF ANYTHING IS ALLOWED INSIDE THE HOME. If you choose to smoke or vape outside, do not leave butts anywhere and please close the doors first. No guests under 21 unless under the care of a parent or guardian. The owners live right next door so they can be available for help if needed. Please note, no parties are allowed and if there is any such activity it will be noticed easily and appropriate actions, including calling the police if necessary, will be taken.
