The Space:
Step inside and experience the abundant space provided by the main level of our home, perfect for your family's comfort. Unwind in the spacious family room, offering ample seating options and a queen-size sleeper sofa. Stream your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV equipped with Roku. The well-appointed kitchen has all the essentials for preparing meals with loved ones. The lower level features a cozy dining room, a convenient half bath, laundry facilities, and access to the serene wooded backyard with a large 2-tier deck.
Upstairs, you'll discover three inviting bedrooms. The king master suite boasts a walk-in closet and a private bathroom for added luxury. Two additional bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a full bed, provide cozy sleeping arrangements. Guests will find another full bathroom with a tub/shower upstairs as well.
Guest Access:
Guests will have full access to the entire home and yard. Check-in instructions with a door code will be sent 24 hours prior to check-in once rental agreement has been signed and check-in information has been received.
The Neighborhood:

While visiting Irmo, you can shop at the region’s best shopping at the Columbiana Centre Mall, or take the kids to Frankie's Fun Park for the day.
Getting Around:
We recommend driving and offer parking for our guests. However, Uber and Lyft service our area as well if needed.
Other Things to Note:
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.
We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a $50 non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
