Summary: The hotel was great. It's very clean and the staff is alway amazing. The problem I had was with booking. I booked a suite through this site. When I went to check in my reservation was for an accessible room. I expected to have a suite, since that is what i booked. I don't know why my reservation was changed. Its not right to change reservations to accessible rooms, because you are taking that room away from someone who needs it when I didn't. I also didn't have a jacuzzi in my room either. I was very upset.
