The kitchen & both bathrooms have been updated. Home has 3 bedrooms & 1.5 baths & is within walking distance to restaurants, grocery store, bakery, spas & much more. 5 minutes to Capitol building, both hospitals, downtown, marina, & much more, truly in the heart of Olympia. The house is supplied with internet and smart TVs. There is no cable so bring your log in to Netflix, Prime, Hulu, Peacock and more.
Our home is on the bus line, on one of the main roads through town and minutes away from restaurants, a grocery store and much much more.
Kitchen, dining room, living room, half bath and laundry room are downstairs. 3 bedroom and full bath are upstairs. Walk-in closets in each bedroom. Back yard is mainly used for parking. Funky garage in back will be redone soon.
