This is a 2BR/2BA single family home in a quiet neighborhood with a large fenced-in backyard, covered patio and heated standard in-ground pool. Each BR has a queen size bed and a Roku smart TV. The master BR has an en-suite bathroom. The living room and dining area are large and spacious with an open layout. The kitchen has new high-end stainless steel appliances. All windows have wooden stringless blinds. All hard floors with new vinyl tile flooring in bedroom. There is a reverse osmosis water purification system, as well as a fridge with a filtered water dispenser. There is a separate laundry room with washer and dryer across from the kitchen.
