Summary: The room was renovated and very clean. While there could have been more effort put into customer service in general, Adriana at the front desk was an absolute delight and made our stay very enjoyable. The hotel is undergoing renovations (and a name change) so there are some very minor things that come up but we would definitely stay here again!
