With the incredible location on Lillie Ave you have the convenience of being able to walk to many unique stores, coffee shops, restaurants, and the beach. Our home was built in 1910 and is RUSTIC. The cottage is cozy and comfortable, but please remember it’s an older home. The hardwood floors creak a little, and the tile in the kitchen isn’t new. Lillie’s BOHO surf cottage is full of soul and good vibrations. With a wood stove in the main room, this vacation rental is NOT equipped with heat or air-conditioning. Space heaters are provided for each room. There is no dishwasher. A community tennis and basketball courts are a few minutes walk from the house. Lookout Park is located nearby and has a playground for young children. Parking notes: Free parking is available in the driveway for two vehicles. Due to local laws, guests must be at least 21 to book. A parent or legal guardian must accompany guests under 21 for the reservation duration.
