The 2nd bedroom with a queen bed and bathroom have a sliding door separating both from the rest of the house for even more privacy. The 2nd bathroom also features a Tub & Shower combo. There is a Den with TV, Sofa and Table for having your meals overlooking the enclosed Pool. For Lunch & Dinner enjoy your meals outside in the screened lanai. For relaxing after a day of golf or one of the many other activities The Villages offers - relax in your Screened Lanai and enjoy the outdoor living you came to Florida for. For your convenience, the home features an indoor laundry room. The home has wireless internet, phone, and Cable TV - all included.
Our Home is located between Spanish Springs and Lake Sumter Landing Town Squares and just a short Cart ride away. Grocery Stores and numerous Restaurants are also nearby. The area has 2 Recreational Centers close by where you can enjoy, Tennis, Pickle Ball, Swimming and any of the Centers variety of Clubs and other activities.
