The Space:
This is a studio apartment that adjoins two other units that make up this triplex. You have a completely private space, private entrance, A/C, a brand new kitchen complete with quartz counters (in the kitchen and the bath), a full-sized range, fridge, and dishwasher. For your comfort, you have a king-sized bed, a 52" TV ready for streaming, and a sleeper sofa for when a bit of extra space is needed. Our fiber internet is extremely fast, so you'll have plenty of bandwidth for streaming, video calls, or gaming.
(We also have a 2-bedroom suite if you're looking for a bit more space which would be rented separately.

You'll have access to your completely private studio apartment. You can also use the backyard pool and patio as you see fit. Relax, sun, and have fun. The property is shared so the backyard is not private from the other units. You'll also have access to the laundry room with washer/dryer which is also shared.

Coral Ridge Isles is a cute community with interspersed water access close to the Lauderdale By The Sea beach. It's cute, well kept, and has several schools close by. Just south, on Commercial Blvd, you'll find numerous grocery stores, restaurants, bars, and all the amenities you'd need like hair and nail salons, convenience stores, and all your local mom and pop shops.
If you head over to the beach which is just an 8 to 10 minute drive you'll be burying your toes in the sand in no time, or enjoying the lively offerings of Lauderdale By The Sea.
Getting Around:
Each unit has 1 reserved off-street parking spot. There is usually enough parking for a second vehicle but it depends on the number of vehicles actively on the property. We are easy to find and close to Commercial Blvd, Dixie Blvd and just a few minutes from I-95 and two minutes from highway 1 and a few minutes more to A1A.

Pet Policy: We allow dogs on a case-by-case basis, though we don't allow cats.
Guests: To ensure there is enough space for all paying guests, and due to liability, all guests on the property need to be included in your reservation. Parties are not allowed at this listing.
