Ease your mind & refresh your soul surrounded by lush landscaping in our mid island 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home that features a full sized private pool* and large furnished deck (seating & tables for 8 and 2 loungers). The property sleeps 6 comfortably. The living room has 16' ceilings with a decorative fireplace. The queen bedroom and “quilt room” are upstairs and both have skylights. This solar powered home also features A/C in each bedroom & in the main living areas, Xfinity WiFi, Bluetooth connect receiver with speakers indoors & on the deck, a fully equipped kitchen with 2 electric ranges, 2 refrigerators, W/D, dishwasher, several Vornado & box fans if you need them, wireless Canon printer, Bluetooth speaker and large Weber gas grill. 1 block from “Wave” shuttle stop. Beach towels, beach chairs, beach bag, cooler bag are on site for your convenience. Dishwashing capsules, laundry detergent, Bounce sheets & even coffee/tea K-cups (often) are available for your comfort.
