Step inside and find a light-filled, open-plan living space with oversized sliding doors that lead to a private patio, heated pool, and your very own beach path. The living room includes a plush sectional, reading chairs, smart TV, built-in desk, and non-heating fireplace for evening ambiance. Open the doors and let the Gulf breeze flow in.
The fully equipped chef’s kitchen includes premium appliances, a wine fridge, and oversized ice maker—perfect for sunset cocktails or family dinners. The adjacent dining area for six overlooks the pool and offers a scenic view of the waterway to the beach.
Each of the three bedrooms features a king-size bed, private en suite bathroom, and walk-in closet—making this home ideal for couples, families, or multi-generational stays. Bathrooms are updated with stylish tile, modern fixtures, and walk-in showers.

The home is set up with a smart lock for your convenience & safety. We will provide you with a Personalized access code via your Boarding Pass a few days prior to arrival. Use your unique 4-digit code to enter the home. The code is active starting at 4pm on check in day and will automatically deactivate at 10am on check out day.

Please note that we are unable to store luggage before check-in or after check-out. We recommend planning your travel accordingly or using a local luggage storage service if needed.
✷ Is there a minimum age requirement to make a reservation?
Yes, the minimum age required to make a reservation is 21 years old.
✷ What is the parking situation?
Your unit includes a designated garage parking spot, located in the garage area of the condo building just across the pathway.
✷ Is the property pet-friendly?
This property is NOT pet-friendly - If you do not honor our pet policy and bring an unapproved pet, there is a $500 fine.
✷ Is the pool heated?
The pool is open year-round and can be heated in the winter for a fee of $25 per day. Due to the nature of the heating system we can only offer it for the entirety of your stay and not on an ad hoc basis.🍍
✷ Is smoking allowed?
We have a strict NO SMOKING policy. If you smoke inside, there is a $250 fine plus the cost of remediation.
✷ If I leave something will it be sent back to me?
We are not responsible for items left behind by guests. If you leave an item behind and you want it to be sent back to you. We charge $50 for that item to be shipped plus the shipping costs.
✷ What kind of coffee machine do you have?
We have a Keurig coffee maker in the home.
✷ Can I book for less than 5 nights?
Unfortunately not, due to the amount of wear and tear on the homes from frequent turnovers we have a 7 night minimum across our portfolio.
✷ What is the nearest beach?
The house is on Anna Maria Beach - the access point is immediately next to the house.
✷ What beach equipment do you provide?
We provide beach chairs for our guests. If there is additional equipment you need you would either need to bring it or rent it.
✷ Is it possible to have a late check-out?
Unfortunately, we’re not able to accommodate a late checkout. Our cleaning team works on a scheduled timeline and has an agreed arrival time to prepare the property properly for the next guests. Thank you very much for your understanding.
✷ Please turn off the outdoor and pool lights when not in use, especially after 10:00 PM, as bright lights can affect local sea turtles during nesting season. Thank you for helping protect our coastal wildlife.
✷ The pool is serviced weekly by our professional pool cleaning team. Please note that service days and times may vary from week to week.
✷ Please be aware, guests do not have access to the back porch awning at this time.
