Luxurious, private and secure, this gated Mountain-top Cabin is situated 13 miles from Helen and 6 miles from Hiawassee in The Chattahoochee National Forest. The amazing views of Brasstown Bald and the surrounding peaks are among the very best in GA . We have GIG-SPEED Internet + Wi-Fi plus 2) 50" & 1) 65" TV. There is Youtube TV, Netflix, Amazon Prime with Paramount, Hulu, Peacock and an Apple TV for streaming.
This is a VERY secluded setting, insuring you won't have to look into someone else's windows-- and they won't be looking into yours. Yet, it is less than 10 minutes to groceries, shopping, restaurants, a hospital, and so many other attractions. Perched high at the top on a beautiful ridge, the roads are paved all the way to our front door where you'll find covered parking for one car and space for two more. The Hot Tub deck with bistro lights and the lovely screened-in porch both overlook the Hiawassee River Valley and Brasstown Bald (the highest peak in GA) so you can soak up the breathtaking views and enjoy the cool breezes! A large gas grill with 5 burners and Food Prep station lie just outside the well appointed modern kitchen and make cooking a pleasure. ALL TOP QUALITY mattresses/linens/blankets/pillows/bath towels, etc... (you get the idea). This property is Picture Perfect and situated in an ultra peaceful spot in the heart of the N GA Mountains--- just right for a three day get-a-way or a three week escape. The downstairs is perfect for kids (Grown-Ups too!) and includes a media area, a bedroom area, and a half- bath (please see "amenities" for more details).
Close to SO MANY THINGS TO DO! Go boating on Lake Chatuge, hike the Appalachian Trail, see Anna Ruby Falls, or visit Unicoi Park. Brasstown Bald is 8 miles away as the crow flies. High Shoals Falls is just 4 miles down the road. Or, see 4 states from atop Bell Mountain. There are also ongoing concerts at the GA Mountain Fair in Hiawassee. You can go fishing on the lake or fish one of the many trout streams that abound nearby. White water rafting destinations are close as well. And of course, there's shopping and sight-seeing in Helen just 13 miles down the beautiful Unicoi Parkway.
