The Space:
This is a 1.5-level home with 5 bedrooms/4 bathrooms.
You will be greeted by a porch. Entering the front door, it's the main living area and dining area. Kitchen and dinette area is connected. Deck with outdoor furnitures provides a great way to enjoy the beautiful of backyard and lake view.
All bedrooms are distributed on both sides of the hallway. Every bedroom has plenty of space and 1 of them is with an in-suit bathroom.
Going up the few steps, you will come to the 2nd part of the house. Which has a second living room, two bedrooms and a bathroom.
Each room has a bed, each bed can sleep 2 people, plus the sofa bed in the second living room, the whole house can accommodate 12 people.
Guest Access:
You will enjoy access to the entire house (except the garage) and the neighborhood beach and dock.
The Neighborhood:
It's a safe, peaceful and easy going lakeside neighborhood. Enjoy fishing, swimming or boating from the beautiful lake Washington water access.
