The home is in a quiet, residential neighborhood with wonderful, respectful neighbors. We kindly ask that you keep noise to a minimum, especially outdoors, as the neighbors are sensitive to loud groups and will notify us if things get too noisy. We have regularly scheduled pest control and landscapers. You may see them during your stay, we will try our best to give you a heads up but that is not always possible.

By booking our property, we will ask you to help us with trash, recycling, and compost collection.
What to do:
- Thursday night – Please roll the bins out to the curb
- Friday after pickup – Bring the bins back in
- Recycling goes into blue bin
- Trash goes into black bin
