Heath, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

★CLIMATE CONTROL★
Manage heating and air conditioning through the Nest thermostat on the accent wall. Please turn off air/heat when away or not needed.

★TRASH DISPOSAL★
If the trash container in the left-most lower cabinet is filled, kindly take the trash to the external bins outside the back door, down the steps to the right. Replacement bags are in the lower island cabinet to the right of the trash container cabinet.

★SPARE TOWELS★
Find towels conveniently located under each bathroom sink.

★LAUNDRY ETIQUETTE★
Load the washer tub no more than ¾ full. After removing washed clothes, leave the washer door slightly open to allow the inside seal to air out.

★QUIET HOURS★
Be mindful of neighbors on both sides of the home. There potentially could also be a guest occupying the unit below. Remember, quiet hours are from 10pm-10am.
