This luxury home is brand new and features 4 BR, 3.5 BA, Hot Tub, AC, free high-speed Internet and many of the kid essentials to make your stay a home away from home.

On the main level enjoy all of the comforts of home with a gourmet kitchen, pantry, stainless-steel appliances, laundry room and ½ bath. A large dining table that seats 8 with additional seating for 6 at the kitchen island bar. Warm up around the fireplace or watch your favorite blu-ray movie or TV show (Hulu and Netflix provided). Walk out the sliding doors and relax on the covered patio while taking in the golf course views. The open floor plan with 4 bedrooms and 3 ½ bathrooms is perfect for entertaining family and friends.
The master bedroom is on the main floor with a King bed and connecting master bath with large floor to ceiling tile shower and a double vanity sink. On the upper level there is an additional Master Suite and beautiful en-suite private bath. The upper level has an additional bedroom (King bed), Passage to Bunk with Twin XL bed and bunkroom (4 Twin bunks & Queen bed). Both masters and the bunkroom feature a Smart TV.
The upper hall connecting the bunk room is a fun spot to hang out, kids toys and books. The owner has provided 2 adult bikes, children's bikes, tennis rackets, bocci ball, croquet, safe lawn darts and basketball/football for guest use.
Large drive can fit up to 6 cars. Suncadia does not allow street parking. Additional vehicles are welcome to park in the over-flow parking lot at the Suncadia Inn.
** Note: We aim to provide a fully stocked kitchen with all the spices and dishes you will need to feel at home. As with typical vacation rentals only used dishes will be washed between stays and spices/oils will not be switched out. (As an extra precaution we have allowed for 2 days between stays.)
