This home is on the 2nd level, above our garage and home studio that we use for pottery and exercising.
Guest Access:
You'll have full access to the place which includes 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, closets in each bedroom, a full-sized kitchen, front-entry closet, dining area with table and chairs, and a living room with a couch, pull-out bed, and smart TV.
The Neighborhood:
The South Hill neighborhood is home to the city's premier parks — Manito Park and Cannon Hill are both just 2 blocks away! Historic homes and ancient trees surround you wherever you go. There are local coffee shops, bakeries, and grocery stores just a few minutes away, and there's even hiking and mountain biking on the bluff — also a few minutes away.
Getting Around:
• 1 driveway parking spot (left side) available for guests.
• We also have ample street parking if needed.
• The city bus has stops within a block, with additional options a short walk away
• You can usually find an electric Lime bike or scooter nearby at Manito Park.
Other Things to Note:
We do use our studio space below for pottery and exercise. We're happy to keep quiet during your sleeping hours, but you may hear some noise when we're exercising on the lower level. Just let us know if there are any times you'd like us to avoid!

We live on the same lot, so we're around and happy to meet and interact, or just leave you to yourselves if you'd prefer.
