The Space

This 2,800-square-foot home is situated on two acres of land, accommodating seven guests between three bedrooms and two-and-a-half-baths, one of which has a separate shower and soaking tub with an incredible sunset view. The open-concept living room and kitchen have been thoughtfully decorated with a neutral color palette, featuring a comfortable couch, fireplace, and large TV. The kitchen has beautiful countertops, an island, and everything you’ll
need to cook meals during your stay. Enjoy your meals from the dining room, featuring large windows with excellent views of the nearby surroundings. The home gym includes weight and
cardio equipment and abundant natural light (a subscription is needed for the Peloton). Free parking, WiFi, a workspace, and a laundry room make this an excellent option for work
stays. While the interior is incredibly beautiful and comfortable, you’ll likely want to spend your entire vacation in the luxurious outdoor space, featuring magnificent views, a swimming pool,
hot tub, fire pit, sunloungers, and a playground. There is a separate guest house on the property with separated backyards. If it is available there is the potential to book both at the same time. It’s a load and Go which means there is already laundry detergent in the machine. You don’t need to add any detergent.

POOL TEMPERATURE:

POOL: November 1st- February 30th
We strongly discourage heating the pool in the winter months. Swimming in the pool is extremely cold and only pleasant to swim in when it's unseasonably warm.

Upon request, the pool can be heated for $600 for the first night and $100 for each additional per night fee. It is essential to keep the pool cover on at night; otherwise, the pool will lose its heat and take 24 hours to reheat again.

*Please let us know SEVERAL WEEKS in advance if you will be using the Pool for the colder months since it takes several days before your arrival to heat the pool to a warm enough temperature to swim in. We also have to coordinate Propane delivery since it uses several propane tanks to heat the pool.
(IT COSTS US $10.00 to increase the pool water by one degree. In the winter months, the pool drops to approximately 40 degrees which is why it costs so much to get the pool temp up to 80 degrees. Every night it drops approximately 10 degrees after it reaches 80 degrees. )

Upon request, the pool can be heated for $300 for the first night and $100 for each additional per night fee.

POOL: June 1st-October 31st:
The pool is heated with a Pentair heat pump, which uses the temperature outside to heat it for no additional cost. The heat pump cannot be used during the winter, as the temperature outside is too cold.

Pool Cover:

Button on wall by shed. Do not open with water in it. There is a pool pump in the shed to remove the water.

Water fall, fire bowls and pool lights:

They are all operated by the white remote. The fire bowls and water falls are on a 30 minute timer. The lights need to be turned off. Please don’t leave lights on all night. The light will attract bugs.

Back yard fire pit.

Take cover off, turn on propane, turn button and press ignition button.

UE Boom- Portable speaker:
Turn on, press small button until you hear a sound and link to your phones bluetooth.
