The Piedmont Cottage is the perfect place for your group! It features four king suites each with HDTV, a kitchenette and a private bath. Two suites are located on the first floor with walk-in showers and each has a French door accessing the wraparound deck on the first floor. There are two additional suites located up one flight of stairs and each has a roof-high, outdoor sitting porch.
The ideal gathering place for a family getaway or event! The Piedmont is spacious and located in a beautiful, natural setting near the golf course.
The open concept kitchen, living, and dining area gets plenty of natural light. The living room is the perfect spot for you and your guests to gather at the end of the day, and the kitchen is equipped with all the essentials you'd need to enjoy a home-cooked meal. Each bedroom suite is secured with private keypad access and provide private full bath and kitchenette. You'll love using the beautiful deck to start of the day with a cup of coffee or end the day with a night cap.
Piedmont Cottage is located within short distance of everything that Chapel Hill has to offer, and with parking provided you'll be able to easily explore the area during your visit!
Guests will have access to the entire house as well as 10 parking spaces. We do have a locked owner's closet for storage, but otherwise you'll be able to use everything in the house.
