This three bedroom spacious condo sits on a golf course...and is close to beaches, shopping, dining options as well as the Turtle Creek Casino! As a guest of ours you will receive complimentary shuttles to the Grand Traverse Resort, Turtle Creek Casino, as well as downtown Traverse City. REALLY. If you're someone who is more into relaxing on your "time away from home" the private deck is the perfect place for you. So enjoy sipping a glass of local wine and listening to the natural sounds of the birds. Best of both worlds! Interior: Enjoy the open floor plan, vaulted ceilings, large living areas and new furnishings in "Back Nine". The living area boasts a beautiful fireplace, comfortable furnishings and flat screen TV; while taking advantage of entertaining with the joining dining area and open kitchen. The dining room table seats 6 people and there are two additional stools at the kitchen counter fr additional dining space. A nice slider is located off of the dining area that leads to a private deck with a table and chairs for outdoor dining and relaxing. The galley style kitchen has plenty of storage for your food items and is stocked with items for your cooking needs. A full bathroom is located down the hallway, and is completely stocked with linens for your convenience. The bathroom also has an adjoining door to a bedroom that houses a queen size bed and flat screen TV. Upstairs you will find two additional bedrooms; one features a queen size bed, flat screen TV, plenty of closet space and a hallway to a full size bathroom. The hallway has also carved out space for a washer and dryer (REALLY. The owner is very creative indeed!). You will discover another bedroom on the other side of the bathroom; which also has another entrance as well, that features 2 twin size beds and additional modern rollaway bed (accommodating 3 people). The bedroom is located in the loft area; which offers views of both the dining and living areas. Exterior: Located at the popular Grand Traverse Resort Hill Top Condominiums, this is one of the five condo units that we are privileged to manage. The unit is located in the last building, overlooks the Spruce Golf Course and is situated by the TART Trail. Adjacent to property is McGee's; which is a restaurant/lounge with a nice variety for their menu. The Turtle Creek Casino is also located just a mile or so down the road...or take advantage of our FREE shuttle services (as well as additional concierge items and services that we offer our guests).
