This 1 bed/1 bath 750 sq. foot apartment was 100% redone in March 2018. Everything is brand new!!! It is part of a hilltop 4-plex that I own and live at in the best part of Silverlake. I live in this unit as well when I'm in LA, so I make sure to keep it in pristine condition and have all the essentials on hand for any short or long term stay. Comfy Linens, blankets and fluffy towels are provided. I also provide necessities such as toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo/conditioner, dish soap, and hand soap Kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, various kitchen gadgets, retro microwave, coffee maker, electric tea kettle, full sets of dishes and glasses and silverware. Plenty of counter top space to prepare full meals Bathroom is all redone in tile and features a beautiful shower with a built in bench. 2 shower heads as well. Fog-free mirror and a beautiful vessel sink vanity and towel rack from Bali. Hairdryer provided. The bedroom has a beautiful wooden bed with temper-pedic like mattress. 4 comfy pillows. Ceiling fan and AC unit to keep you cool. Large screened-in windows with amazing views of downtown. Mid century styled chair and Moroccan lighting. Blackout curtains will keep it nice and dark for your sleep. Bedroom also features a large walk in closet with full size mirror and 2 dressers, and ample space for hanging clothes. Plenty of hangers are provided Living room features a super comfy brand new Italian leather sectional sofa, 42" flatscreen TV W/Chromecast, Super hi-fi stereo featuring KEF speakers and and YBA amplifier, Bose bluetooth speaker, custom made wooden live edge coffee table, an amazingly comfy recliner and a mid century chair, with 3 huge windows overlooking the yard and city. You'll love the incredible air flow and houseplants in this room!!! PlayStation 3 available for gaming and dvd playback. An original Nintendo system is also here for your enjoyment. Dining nook has a fun round table with 2 comfy leather bound chairs. Many lighting options available with everything on dimmers to create the perfect mood for your stay
