A private hall off the living room leads to a quiet office or swing bedroom/nursery space and then the large primary bedroom featuring a king bed and an en-suite full bath and walk-in closet.
Second floor: Up the stairs is another intimate den, a second primary queen bedroom with an en-suite full bath and walk-in closet, and two more bedrooms (one with a queen and one with two twin beds) that share a shower bath. In the den is a queen sofa bed for additional guests making the home available for 10 guests total.
Outside the yard is beautifully landscaped with a large but private front lawn and a fenced-in backyard that includes a large back deck, heated pool, pool deck, an outdoor shower and a pool cabana house with a changing area and a shower bathroom. From the house, which sits on a gentle rise, there are beautiful sunset views over the surrounding conservation land.
Although the property is private and quiet, it is only a short distance via the bike path on Hummock Pond Road to both the Town in one direction and Cisco (the beach, the brewery, the fish market and the farm) in the other.
