In the Rear of the home you will find a screened in attached porch with an open and spacious deck, beautiful landscape. perfect for entertaining the family and friends outdoors. Beautifully refinished hardwood floors, spacious bedrooms, updated bathrooms, and cozy living room make a perfect family atmosphere. Features a fully equipped upgraded kitchen, grill, 2 50" TVs and 46 inch TV in 2 of the 5 bedrooms. WiFi. Less than 3 min to Ft. Jackson and 15 minutes to Williams Brice and downtown! Perfect for military graduations, reunions or game day travels.

This quite residential neighborhood is extremely close to Fort Jackson, shopping, and right off I-77, which make it super convenient for both military graduations and USC/Five Points/Columbia downtown.
