House Rules:
•Pets: Only dog (s) are allowed. Please no cats, snakes, birds, reptiles, turtles, bunnies/rabbits, etc. Please no more than 2 medium size dogs. If you are bringing your dog(s), please remember that pets are not allowed on top of the beds and living room furniture. There are some covers in the living room below the TV if you are having a hard time keeping your pets on the floor. Please pick up all your dogs’ waste at the back and front yard of the house and around the neighborhood. Waste should be disposed of in the outside black trash bin. I have a few items in the kitchen for your fur babies, in case you forget something.
•Information about the house is in a blue stripe binder located in the living room. Specific instructions for the house are in a white binder located in the same place.
•Do not bring drinks (it is ok to bring water) or food inside the rooms. Please don’t eat on top of the beds.
•Please text me or message me on the app when you check-in and out
•Be respectful and courteous of neighbors at all times.
•No smoking of any kind inside or outside the house. Any type of smoking anywhere on the property is also prohibited. I am allergic to the smell and smoke. This means no smoking of any kind (legal or illegal) inside the house and outside the house. No smoking of any kind on the entire property. No social, enjoyment, stress relief, weight control, peer pressure, or addiction to smoking. No cigarette, no marihuana, no hookah, pipe, crack pipe, E-cigarettes, cigars, etc. The moment I know that someone has smoked anywhere in the property (inside or out), I will charge $500.00 from your deposit and your entire group will be asked to leave the property immediately with no refunds.
•Maximum number of occupants: 5 people (including children) as per my permit. Do not bring more people than what your booking specify.
•Parking: Free parking on the streets.
•Quiet hours and noise restrictions as defined per chapter 21, Article III of the Code of Ordinances: The City of San Antonio has noise restrictions on their ordinance. This is a family-oriented neighborhood, so any disrupted noise is discouraged, and depending on the details of such noise, it can be illegal. •Restrictions of outdoor facilities: No sleeping outside the house.
•Evacuation routes: each room has two windows. The living has the front door. The kitchen has 2 windows. The laundry room has a back door. A diagram with all the emergency exits is located inside a blue stripe book located with the tourist book in the living room for more details.
•Trash: There are 3 trash bins outside of the house located on the front of the house. The black trash bin is for trash, the blue is for recycles and the brown one is for garden cuttings. Please place your waste on the appropriate bin and place the bins on the street about 1 foot away from the sidewalk.
•Short-term rental permit: a copy is located inside the blue stripe book located in the living with the other tourist books.
•Hotel occupancy tax: I remit all applicable state, county, and city hotel occupancy taxes promptly, under applicable laws. My hotel occupancy tax registration is in the blue stripe book located in the living with the tourist books.
•No parties or events ($300): My permit only allows to have up to 5 people including children. Parties mean any special event including birthdays, anniversaries, bachelorettes, etc. The moment I know an event is hosted in the house, I will charge $300.00 from your deposit and your entire group will be asked to leave the property immediately with no refunds.
•Do not flush anything outside of toilet paper down the toilet that includes baby wipes (even if the box says that are “flush-able”), cleaning wipes, condoms, feminine hygiene products, paper towels, tissue paper, dental floss, food, or trash of any kind. There are additional trash bags in the bathrooms and kitchen. Trash them outside in the appropriate trash bins.
•No candle lighting and no odor smell sprays.
•No use of coloring hair or any type of dyeing anywhere in the property ($500 charge to your deposit).
•No additional guests to sleep or visit.
•No confetti, glitter anywhere is the property ($75 charge to your deposit).
•No tags, pins, tape, décor, or anything else added to the walls ($25 charge to your deposit).
•No moving heavy furniture around ($50 charge to your deposit).
•There are towels on your beds and in the closet in case you need more. Please don’t leave towels wet on the floor.
•Notice that failure to conform to the occupancy and parking requirements is a violation of the City Code and occupant or visitor can be cited.
