Perfect Beach Vacation
This was our first visit to Fripp Island. It is a beautiful place to vacation and we will be back. Everyone in our group had a great time. This property is in an amazing location ! Just steps from a beach access and very close to the nearest pool and beach club area. The beach view from the house is great and the upper deck became one of our favorite places to hang out. The host, Michelle, was great and all went smoothly. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Love this property, can't wait for the upcoming renovation
We've been coming to Fripp for years but had never stayed oceanfront, wow, what a difference the location makes. This home is close to EVERYTHING! and is large enough for everyone to have their own space.

Special times at a special place. We traveled from three states to have a family trip to memorialize our late father and Michelle could not have been more accommodating in making sure all of our needs were met from a list of things for us to do with the children to guest cards to gate passes, she was available at every turn. We'll forever be grateful for the kindness she extended to our entire family. God Bless.

This house has everything you need for a great vacation. Well stocked kitchen, great bedding, beach items for the children. You won't be disappointed!

Fripp Island Club Guest/Amenity cards give guests access to all Fripp Island Club Resort amenities. Cards required for anyone over 13 years old $55 per week/per person.
Two 18-hole golf courses (named as a "100 Best Golf Resorts in North America" by Links Magazine).
Ten-court Racquet club complex with year-round Tennis on eight soft Fast-Dry courts and two hard surface courts plus Pickleball.
A variety of on-island shops and restaurants, including the popular Food Court.

Island Excursion Rentals (golf carts, beach bikes, scooters, boats, etc.).

***The Fripp Island Club requires amenity cards for you to frequent their amenities. These amenities include golfing, playing tennis, going to the restaurants on Fripp, going to the swimming pools and the fitness room.
The amenity card prices for stays that are 1-4 days are $35 during the summer months and $25 during Fall, Winter and Spring.
The amenity card prices for stays that are 5-8 days are $50 during the summer months and $35 during Fall, Winter and Spring.
Each guest 13 years or older must carry an amenity card to access the Club's facilities.
There are a few places on Fripp Island that you do not need an amenity card. SpringTide Market is at the front of the island that has a large menu at their deli. From breakfast sandwiches to family BBQ meals, there is a lot to choose from. There is also a deli at the Marina that serves sandwiches and salads. The Fripp Ship and Mango stores are fun to go into for your perfect souvenir. You do not need an amenity card for golf cart, kayak, bike, etc. rentals as there are an abundance of companies who offer rental services that will deliver to you.

As golfers play this true land-meets-sea-design, the prevailing ocean breezes always present a challenge. While four Ocean Point holes skirt the Atlantic and Fripp inlet, the constant sea breezes affect the look, feel and play of almost every hole.
PETS: We accept one well behaved dog over one year old and under fifty (50) pounds. Pet fee is $300 for stay.
Please be advised that in addition to the cost of guest cards Fripp Island Resort is now requiring all Club members to charge guests a Resort Fee of 12.8% on rental rate total which will be billed once the reservation is made. We apologize for this inconvenience.
