Minutes from ski lifts, hiking trails, rivers and the lakes. Sleepy neighborhood but next to the highway - there is highway noise. Neighbors are locals so please no parties. Parking at the house is limited to 2 cars. This house is not ADA friendly. CHAINS OR SNOW TIRES REQUIRED IN THE WINTER. ALL WHEEL DRIVE RECOMMENDED. Often the road into the neighborhood isn’t plowed until the afternoon and depending on snowfall the night before, can be impossible to get out of. If you are concerned about your vehicle getting out, you should park in the Summit Central parking lot for the night.
