Access the home through a private side entrance that leads up to the extensive wrap around deck into the kitchen.
Comfortable lounge chairs, a grill and patio table with umbrella make the deck a second living room. This may end up being your favorite 'room' in the house. Start your day with a cup of coffee on the deck or end it with your favorite drink after a long day of summer fun...or do both (recommended.)
The house offers a newer kitchen with stainless appliances including d/w, large refrigerator/freezer w/ ice and water dispenser, gas stove/oven, microwave and stocked cabinets with dishes, glassware, wine glasses and utensils. Just bring your favorite food and drink (and your own paper products.)
The dining room looks out to the deck and has a table that extends to seat 10 (extra chairs in living room closet.) So you chose... eat inside with with the AC or outside with the coastal breeze.
The adjacent living room has sliders for another easy access to the deck. Relax in our comfortable living room and watch your favorite sports program or movie on the wall mounted flat screen TV. Internet provided. We also provide a range of games and puzzles for your family to enjoy
Beyond the living room, the house has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Bedroom 1 has two twin beds and sleeps two. Bedroom 2 has one twin bed and one double/single bunk bed which sleeps four. One bathroom w/ tub serves Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2. The Master bedroom has a king size bed and its own bathroom with walk in shower. This house has beds to sleep 8.
Our home also features a private single garage with room for your beach gear, bikes, etc. With a driveway in front of the garage, the property offers one off street parking place. There is also plenty of street parking.
After a day at the beach, wash off at our hot/cold backyard shower. PLEASE - we prefer the sand to stay outside where it belongs!
Off the beatin path, this house is close enough to the beach, bay, downtown, and boardwalk to keep you busy but out of the hustle and bustle of the crowds and traffic that can turn your vacation into a nightmare.
